Payments
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. Please note that the available payment methods may change depending on your region. We do not accept cash on delivery.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received it. Please make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us. For clothing items, the product must be unworn and unwashed, with any tags attached. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them.
Once we receive and approve your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund.
If an order is shipped, we won't be able to make any changes. The best way to change your order before it ships is to contact our support by using the website chat or by email at any time (info@playfulmimic.com).
Shipping
Orders are processed in the order we receive them. Processing usually takes 3-5 business days unless otherwise specified. Processing time does not include shipping time. You can track your order status via the link provided in the confirmation email.
Carrier tracking will provide you with up-to-date information about your package. Please contact the carrier directly to resolve delivery issues.
Receiving a damaged item is very rare but it does sometimes happen. If your item does arrived damaged, please take pictures of the product and packaging, then contact us via website chat or email (info@playfulmimic.com).
